Most honey on Indian shelves is heated, filtered and blended until every jar tastes the same. Heat makes honey easy to bottle. It also kills the enzymes and the floral character you were paying for.
This jar is a single-origin spring harvest from hives placed in Kashmir’s acacia belt. It is extracted cold and bottled raw, so the pollen and enzymes survive. Acacia is naturally light, mild and slow to crystallize, which makes it the easiest raw honey to live with day to day.
Every batch is tested, and the report is a scan away.
How to use it
Stir into warm water or kehwa, drizzle over curd or toast, or take a spoon plain. Never add to boiling liquids, heat undoes what makes raw honey worth buying.
