When your parcel is handed to the courier we email you the tracking number and a link to the courier’s own tracking page. That email is the fastest way to see where a parcel has got to.
If the email has not arrived yet
Orders leave our warehouse in Anantnag within one working day. Saffron is weighed and sealed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so there is a short gap between placing an order and the parcel moving. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed with you before dispatch, so for those the clock starts at confirmation rather than at checkout.
Checking without the email
If you ordered with an account, every order and its current status is listed under your orders.
If something looks wrong
Tracking pages go quiet sometimes, particularly on Kashmir lanes in winter. If a parcel has not moved for a few days, send us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than ask you to do it.
