Zoon Naturals is a small direct-to-consumer business selling saffron and dry fruits from Kashmir. Our saffron grows on the karewa plateaus around Pampore, the raised beds of lake sediment on which the saffron crocus has been grown for centuries.

Why this store exists

Buying saffron online requires trust that the market has not earned. Adulteration with safflower, corn silk and dye is common, and saffron grown elsewhere is routinely sold under Kashmir’s name. Every seller claims theirs is the real thing. Claims are free.

So we built the store around evidence instead. Saffron reaches us in single harvest batches. Every batch is lab tested for crocin, safranal and picrocrocin, the three measurements that define saffron quality under ISO 3632, and the full report is published on this site. Every pack carries the code of the batch it was filled from, and anyone holding a pack can check that code without an account, a login or a purchase.

What we sell

Saffron from Pampore in its three trade grades, and alongside it the produce Kashmiri households actually eat: walnut kernels, sun-dried apricots, and wildflower honey. Everything is weighed and sealed to order. Nothing sits pre-packed on a shelf waiting for a buyer.

Where we work from

Sourcing, testing and packing happen in Kashmir, at our warehouse in Anantnag. Every parcel ships from there, packed from a tested batch, and it carries the code of that batch.

How we describe our saffron

Plainly. We say it is sourced from Pampore, Kashmir, because it is. We say it is lab tested, because it is, and we show you the tests. We do not use certification language we do not currently hold, and we do not invent scarcity, countdowns or crowds of viewers to hurry you. If a batch is running low, the product page says how many kilograms remain, and that number is real.

Every saffron batch, lab tested. The code on your pack opens the report for that exact batch. Verify a batch
