We have no record of batch ks-2610-a
That does not necessarily mean anything is wrong. The most common reason by far is a mistyped character, and the codes use letters and digits that look alike in print.
Worth checking:
- A zero read as the letter O, or a one read as the letter I.
- A missing character at the end of the code.
- Whether the tin was bought from us. We only hold records for batches we packed.
If the code looks right and still does not resolve, send us a photograph of the label and we will tell you what we find. We would rather know.
